Google Reader

I've signed up on Google Reader and subscribed quite a lot Feeds. Such as Google News Australai, China news, .... Now I am sending an item from one of the news to my blog.

Take a break on your eyes and just listen -- Podcast!
I closed my eyes and listen to the Podcast. I listen to the SBS radio, one of my favorites. New York Times Book Review, the University of Oxford, the ABC national radio... this is a fair world -- if you don't see, then you can listen!

the SlideShare website is very good to share or view someone's Power Point presentation. For exampl, the shows of the State Library of New South Wale and the State Library of Victoria.

Log on by using my Twitter accoutn and now I have 12 books on my Catalogue List. Few years ago, I joint Librarything when I was on the learning program, "Learn 2". The benifit of librarything is

• to check what are the hottest titles
• get automatic recommendations.
• write a review or rate a book if you wish.
• you can see other people's comments.

 However, we have other ways to search books, authors anc reviews etc. the Dynix WorkFlow is our day by day system we have to use. we also use Library Link, and the most popular --- google!

GoodReads--reading is more fun when shared.

 on the Goodreads, so far I have rated 46 books and have 60 books on "my shelves". I've found some Chinese titles. Apart from the Noble winning Chinese author's works, I also see other Chinese fiction. The challenge:  my goal is to read 20 books in 2013!

Google Drive, it looks easy, but I couldn't download the app on my work PC. I will do it later somewhere.
